Work Package 5: METHODS
Coordinator: Marc Chadeau, Imperial College, London, UK
We will remove methodological bottlenecks hampering the successful exploration of the Urban Exposome and its possible health impact by extending established techniques and developing novel statistical approaches.
COMPREHENSIVE SET OF METHODS
The EXPANSE dataset will include information on >55 million individuals across 12 different countries, combining data from administrative, adult and matured birth cohorts.
The information collected for each individual will consist of 10s to hundreds of variables measuring different health outcomes and describing their social and geographical environments. This data will be complemented by a series of time-resolved environmental exposure estimates, using exposure prediction models that will be developed in WP1.
